Alongside her brother Buddy, Lucy endured a life of neglect and abuse at the hands of a hoarder who kept over 20 animals in poor conditions. Thankfully, Lucy was given a second chance when a group of compassionate rescuers stepped in, saving her and over 23 other dogs that day.
